Charitable initiatives survive primarily on donations, and private philanthropy is now a growing source of funding for international projects, with the landscape of local/international development assistance changing significantly – with the private/corporate sector support to development and humanitarian assistance being found to be increasingly important within this changing landscape, even as this support has been in decline – in spite of their capacities to immensely contribute to development and humanitarian assistance in a more effective way.
Donating to a cause is such a remarkable deed that can not and should not be taken for granted.
A formidable network of donors coming together towards a cause can produce unimaginable current and energy required to make the necessary difference in the world we live in.
To this extent, we commend donors around the world, who have consistently displayed commitments to help change negative prevalence in the world we live in.
